Bondi is a fantastic place for a holiday, work, R&R Bondi is famous for the beach, eateries and shopping. Whilst it is great to come to Bondi to enjoy this it is also important to note that it is a busy eco-system here where there is: constant development to the area, government walk ways, road and infrastructure, residentially and commercially. For this we must advise that there is ongoing construction close to us in a neighbouring building. The works are Mon-Fri 7am-5pm & Saturday 7am-1pm. There is no works on Sunday’s and no works on Public Holidays. For the most part everyone knows this about Bondi before booking and explores during the day and back home to sleep at night. Therefore this shouldn’t affect you. However we would like to advise this to you out of courtesy.
